My client, who is well established within their field, are currently recruting for an Administrator to join their fun and very friendly team. You will be comfortable dealing with customer queries, account changes and billing enquiries. This role has fantastic progression and is an on-going temporary assignment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Billing Administrator

  • Handling customer invoices and queries with their bills
  • Manage communication between customers and the Tech Support Team in relation to billing changes
  • Regular reporting of disconnections and billing changes
  • Reconciliation of reports
  • Assisting the Customer Support Manager with monthly invoicing processes and customer requests

Billing Administrator Key Skills:

  • Drive, energy and enthusiasm
  • Great communication skills
  • Strong numeric and analytical skills
  • Proficient use of Excel
