A well respected company in the north west London area are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team! This company has a great ethos and seeking those with a strong administration background and suited to a busy office environment to work within! Candidates must have high attention to detail and very reliable. Offices are based in Greenford with parking or a short 10 minute walk from the tube!

What the job involves:

  • Supporting the sales team with all administration
  • Working on Excel price lists
  • Business forecasting
  • Customer interaction
  • Updating and maintaining procurement system
  • Updating monthly reports
  • Liaising with marketing
  • Support with Key Accounts

What the job requires:

  • Good PC skills on MS office packages (especially Excel)
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable and a "can do" attitude
  • Meticulous when checking finer details
  • Team player with a sense of humour
