Parkside Recruitment are recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated professional to join our client's teams as Branch Manager within their Estate Agents.

Role:

You will manage the day to day running and success of the branch with a particular focus on generating new business and exceeding targets.

Duties:

• Additional responsibilities will include negotiating sales, ensuring business is compliant and offering a quality service to customers.
• You will be required to manage, train, and motivate staff.
• Overall profitability of the branch.
• Work to personal and branch targets.
• Generating new business by canvassing, valuing, and instructing properties to the market.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience:

• The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and from an estate agency background, preferably NAEA qualified.
• Experience in both sales and lettings.
• Proven experience of increasing market share.
• You will be outcome driven and constructive with the ability to multitask demanding priorities.
• Excellent people management.
• Must be capable of winning a strong market share of properties.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience of managing a team is preferable.
• Experience of thinking outside of the box to deliver results.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Team player and leader
