My client is seeking a customer focused administrator who can provide professional resolution to queries and claims.
Key responsibilities

  • Liaising with Customers to obtain claim details
  • Monitor customer claims and ensure all information is correctly recorded and stored
  • Determining liability within the Company's Terms and Conditions of Carriage to ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims.
  • Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.
  • Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reports
  • To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
