£21,000 to £21,800 Per Annum
My client is seeking a customer focused administrator who can provide professional resolution to queries and claims.
- Liaising with Customers to obtain claim details
- Monitor customer claims and ensure all information is correctly recorded and stored
- Determining liability within the Company's Terms and Conditions of Carriage to ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims.
- Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.
- Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reports
- To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed
- Good organisational skills
- Highly self-motivated
- Good standard of written English
- Good telephone communication
- Team player with ability to remain focused on task
- Ability to work under pressure
