My client is looking for a Claims Co-ordinator to join an existing fast paced company, working within a premium brand that offer a luxurious working environment as well as offering progression to those who want it. They are looking for a candidate who will provide first class customer service by handling customer enquires from the initial enquiry through to the resolution.

Location: Burgh Heath

Salary: £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30, 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00 (you get this time back in lieu in the week)

Key duties:

  • Liaising with customers to handle and resolve their enquiries and complaints
  • Handling the customer enquiries through telephone, web chat and via email
  • Providing administrative assistance for the team
  • Demonstrating empathy to customers
  • Dealing with customer complaints
  • Highlighting and escalating urgent queries
  • Having a customer first mindset
  • Being the escalations for the first line customer support team
