My client is looking for a Pensions Administrator who will process new client documentation and has a close working relationship with the administration, paraplanning and advisor teams.

Location: Epsom

Salary: Up to £26,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week

Key duties:

  • Processing new client documentation
  • Preparing and submitting new product applications
  • Collating and sending reports to clients
  • Liaising with alternative offices they work with
  • Organising currency trades on behalf of their clients
  • Communicating with pension providers to obtain information
  • Chasing pension transfers
  • Answering phone calls from clients
  • Processing overseas and UK transfers
  • Complete administration tasks

  • Experience within financial services
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Excellent telephone manner
