My client is looking for a Pensions Administrator who will process new client documentation and has a close working relationship with the administration, paraplanning and advisor teams.
Location: Epsom
Salary: Up to £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week
Key duties:
- Processing new client documentation
- Preparing and submitting new product applications
- Collating and sending reports to clients
- Liaising with alternative offices they work with
- Organising currency trades on behalf of their clients
- Communicating with pension providers to obtain information
- Chasing pension transfers
- Answering phone calls from clients
- Processing overseas and UK transfers
- Complete administration tasks
Key requirements:
Essential:
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Building relationships
- Working to KPI's
- Experience within financial services
- High level of Customer Service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience within Pensions
- Strong attention to detail
