My client would require you to go into the office 2 to 4 days a month based in Buckinghamshire.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30 pm. Saturday work is required every 4 weeks between the hours of 09:00am - 13:00pm.
Skills reqired
- Previous Collections telephone experience.
- Familiar with regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbally and written).
- Successful track record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail.
- IT Literate.
- Pro-active; help find one-stop resolutions.
- FCA knowledge.
