Complaints handler required for a corporate global client!

Located Hayes, Uxbridge hybrid role

You will have a real passion for helping people and previous experience in dealing with complaints, requests and worked in an office or call centre previously.

Skills / Personality:

  • PC literate
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Excellent & Engaging telephone manner
  • Ability to write professional emails
  • Outstanding customer service skills (well spoken)
  • Fluent in a European language is also highly desired but not essential.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently
  • Helpful with a can do attitude


  • Dealing with telephone queries and solving them
  • Responding to emails (Outlook)
  • Dealing with and responding to complaints
  • Liaising with internal depts
  • Updating the in house system logging all information


Full training provided, hybrid working available , Monday to Friday roles, team incentives
