Duties include:
- Helping the customer service team on a day-to-day basis
- Responding to the customers via email and telephone efficiently
- Processing online return requests, arranging or exchanging labels,collections of small and large items.
- Using excel to obtain reports for logistics
- Order chase
- Refund chase
Must have in role:
- Relevant experience in administration and sales support experience
- Experience of working within a customer service department
- Proficient in Microsoft skills (Outlook and Excel)
- Proficiency in the English language
