My client is looking for a Consumer Manager (12 month contract) who will be proactively support the Consumer Care Line in the UK and provide a coordinating role for the Consumer Careline European Team.

Location: Camberley

Salary: Up to £35,000

Key duties:

  • Co-ordinating and providing central advice and support centre for all Consumer Care activities
  • Handling of all consumer and customer requests and complaints in a timely manner via phone, email and letter
  • Management of complaints with suppliers
  • Responsible for chasing suppliers and factories for answers, resolutions and recharges
  • Developing and initiate process to identify potential and serious complaints
  • Analysing key trends from the complaints data
  • Ensuring all complaints are logged
  • Providing monthly reports
  • Developing extensive product and brand knowledge
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, internal customers
