We're currently recruiting for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join one of our clients based close to Park Royal. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.

This is a stand-alone role however you will become an integral part of the team, being the first point of contact for all incoming visitors and enquiries as well as supporting the wider office with day to day administrative duties.

This role requires excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. You must have a warm & approachable personality with a professional and corporate approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls and email enquiries, taking messages and passing to the relevant department
  • Welcome visitors
  • Support various departments including HR with administration
  • Facilities support, keeping front office clean & tidy. Setting up meeting rooms etc
  • Log any repairs/issues throughout the office. Arrange relevant service when needed
  • Booking travel/taxis for visitors and staff

This role is to start as soon as possible so the ideal candidate will be available immediately however they will wait for the right candidate if you are on a notice period.
