I am seeking a highly experienced Customer Care Executive for my retail client based in Hayes.
This is a contract role for 9 months on a part time basis (3 days a week, Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday) 9.00-5.30pm
Salary is £12,000- £13,800 depending on skills and experience
Duties:
- Dealing with telephone queries and solving them
- Responding to emails
- Liaising with internal depts
- Processing orders, warranty claims etc
Skills / Personality:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Outstanding customer service skills
- PC literate
- Ability to use own initiative
- Helpful with a can do attitude
This role will be a mix of office and home working on alternate days and the ideal start date being 12th April 2021
