Parkside Recruitment are seeking a passionate and engaging Customer Escalation Manager.

Role:

As a Customer Escalation Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction across Europe by effectively managing escalations in coordination with our third-party provider and customer service teams. You'll monitor and audit third-party performance, ensuring compliance with procedures and SLAs while contributing to process improvements.

Duties:

  • Handling off-boarding requests from Delivery Service Providers.
  • Providing feedback on emerging customer issues.
  • Maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders

Basic Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-management of priority tasks
  • Research capabilities for complex use cases
  • Proficiency in English and one of the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, German, Dutch

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in a fourth language (Italian, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Turkish)
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Data and analytic skills
  • Experience in customer interactions and escalations
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
