In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, providing top-notch support and assistance to both internal and external customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer a high level of customer service via telephone, letter, social media, online platforms, and email.
  • Collaborate closely with the retail partners to address customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver comprehensive information and guidance to customers.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with customers, showing empathy and understanding.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an office-based customer service role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong empathetic abilities to connect with customers.
  • The knack for building lasting rapport with customers.
