A well established, well known client of mine based in Watford are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is fluent in French and Italian to join their hardworking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer support to their key accounts, processing orders, organising deliveries monitoring stock and assisting with supply chain and demand planning.

This position would suit someone who it looking to utilise their language skills with a passion for customer service with the ability to learn

Location: Watford

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Salary: £21,000-£24,500 (Dependant on experience)

Key duties:

  • Manage customer orders from order entry to billing over the phone and email
  • Responding to customer queries relating to customer orders
  • Manage deliveries liaising with 3rd party warehouses and other supply chain individuals
  • To raise invoices on customer accounts
  • Monitoring stock
  • To ensure account information are kept up to date for audit purposes
  • Understand the operational requirements of key customers dealing with delivery specifications and any booking requirements

Key requirements:

  • Fluent in both French and Italian
  • The ability to liaise with internal teams to ensure the best customer service possible
  • Proven experience within Customer Service or Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Forward thinking with a positive attitude
  • The ability to work well and meet tight deadlines
  • Eager to learn
