Customer Service Advisor

Location: Uxbridge
Schedule: 37 hours weekly, distributed over 5 days within a 7-day span.
Service Hours: AM - 9.00PM.
Compensation: Annual pay of £22,000, along with a performance BONUS.

Position Overview: In the capacity of a Welcome Team Advisor, you represent the first impression and commitment of our client to their prospects.

The primary goal is to effectively integrate new clients, thereby amplifying revenue via top-tier customer interactions.

Duties:
* Promote and emphasise the unique selling points of our extensive product lineup.
* Forge collaborative ties with colleagues, leadership, internal divisions, and external partners to address client queries.

* Enhance the client journey by consistently delivering above-and-beyond service.
* Process inquiries through calls, maintain client records, and oversee correspondence.
