Our client based in Slough are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their business on a permanent full time basis. Your job will be to investigate customer claims.

Key responsibilities -

  • Monitoring respective Locations and Accounts to ensure that all claims are processed within specified timescales.
  • Liaising internally with all locations
  • Liaising with Customers to obtain claim details
  • Determining liability within the Company's Terms and Conditions of Carriage to ensure accurate settlement of Customer claims.
  • Recovering costs from Insurers and / or third parties where applicable.
  • Generation and issuing of claims correspondence and reports
  • To complete daily & weekly log sheet of work processed

Skills required -

  • Good telephone communications
  • Team player with ability to remain focused on task
  • Ability to work under pressure

Experience:

  • 1-2 years in a relevant role
