I am recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator who will manage service workload and will be liaising with engineers on a daily basis using exceptional communication skills.

Location: Sunbury on Thames

Salary: up to £27,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hour working week & 1 in 5 Saturdays 10:00 - 14:00

Key duties:

  • Planning service calls to engineers in regards to breakdowns and quoted works
  • Planning key account SLAs, escalations and daily securities
  • Liaising with engineers on a daily basis via the telephone and email
  • Managing the diaries
  • Planning and booking in quoted works with customers
  • Chasing parts for works
  • Working to targets

Key requirements:


  • Experience of planning and scheduling
  • Experience dealing with engineers
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • High level of Customer Service
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good problem solving skills
