Customer service evening/Night Administration
Shifts can be between 8AM-12AM
£22,000 - £24,000 Salary
Duties include:
- Helping the customer service team on a day-to-day basis
- Responding to the customers via email and telephone efficiently
- Correctly processing orders with the right customer requirements and any anomalies reported
- Arrange 3rd party transport
- Helping internal business partners on the requirements of customers
- Opening new/general account administrations
Must have in role:
- Relevant experience in administration and sales support experience
- Experience of working within a customer service department
- Proficient in Microsoft skills (Outlook and Excel)
- Proficiency in the English language
- Be flexible with hours
