£24,000 to £26,000 Per Annum
I have a fantastic role for a Customer Service Executive for a leading wholesaler of pharmaceuticals based in Watford. (due to the location candidates will need to be a car driver as public transport is not great to that area) Candidates need to be experienced Customer service professionals, (export experience is highly desired for this role) with the ability to multitask as the role includes quotes, sales orders, managing enquiries. The salary for this position is from £24,000 to £26,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Processing quotes, sales orders, dealing with enquiries
- Communicating with internal and external contacts
- Ensure all shipments have the compliant paperwork
- Deal with complaints in a professional manner
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years customer service experience
- From an export environment is highly desired
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry advantageous
In return, you will receive a competitive salary and 24 days holiday. You will also be paid for Bank Holidays. Working hours 8.00am to 4.30pm with 60 minutes for lunch
