I'm currently recruiting for an amazing client of mine based in Uxbridge. My client are a global brand within the FMCG sector. Recently have gone through a massive expansion they are looking to increase their Customer Service Team to meet demand. Fantastic offices with great a friendly culture. Responsibilities

  • Daily processing of customer orders
  • Manage & resolve customer queries in a timely manner, via various communication methods ie: email,
  • Live chat with customers
  • Talking though our product range over the phone
  • Answering of phone calls.
  • Effectively solve customer queries
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving
  • Deal with Service Requests such as spare parts and or warranty claims
  • Liaise with internal departments as and when required

Experience Required

  • Minimum of a year experience of working within a Customer Service role
  • Experienced with using SAP
  • Team Player
  • Collaborative Nature
