* First point of contact for the Customer Satisfaction Programme, Aftersales Operating Standards and also the Aftersales Development Programme

* Each area has key objects to maximising the customer experience and to process to drive customer retention and spend per visit

* Championing opportunities to consistently improve the quality of the customer experience through customer stories, trending analysis and case studies is a key part of the role

* Responsible for all reporting requirements associated with the customer service programmes and representing branch at programme stakeholder meetings

* Working in partnership with the field sales teams to ensure maximum engagements across dealer networks

* Continuously review and analyse the voice of the customer and present data to gain commitment and implement measurable customer experience
