Experienced Customer Service Specialist working with an award winning distributor based in Uxbridge.
Working hours 8.15am - 5.15pm, based ON SITE this is not a hybrid role.
Role
- Providing advice to prestigious customers using your knowledge of our products and services
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face if required
- Dealing with client issues ensuring problems are actioned and resolved
- Issuing refunds or compensation to customers
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service we are providing
- Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
- Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for your department
- Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service and the business as a whole, as well as discussing departmental improvements and successes
- Attending various functions involving top customers
