Job Summary:

A newly created role, the Digital Project Manager role will work within the Ecommerce and Consumer Experience function as part of the International Marketing team, to project manage the resources and delivery of digital, Ecommerce, and consumer experience projects.

This is an exciting opportunity, working with a broad range of stakeholders across an international business. The job holder will be responsible for managing resources (in-house and agency), workload, resources and timing across a range of projects within the scope of the Ecommerce and Consumer Experience team.

The job holder works in close conjunction with the Senior Project Manager to align on priorities and ensure that all projects are in line with the website roadmap and strategy, and with the Programme Manager for Ecommerce Operations managing inter dependencies between multiple programs, projects, cross-functional partners and teams.

Working with:

* All subsidiary and 3rd party distributor markets within the international region (EMEA, APAC, LatAm).

* Key internal departments such as Sourcing, Legal, Accounting and Finance, Compliance, and Brand Communications.

* Close cooperation Ecommerce Operations team.

* E-Commerce and Development Agencies.

* Managing internal and external resources. Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:

* Day to Day project management of Ecommerce and Digital projects.

* Responsible for creating, managing and communicating project timelines.

* Worklow management of Ecommerce team across BAU and Project workstreams.

* Manage workload of ongoing requests from international markets and internal stakeholders.

* Improve processes, ways of working, and efficiency of the digital team, resulting in better results and faster delivery.

* Scout and troubleshoot any workflow and resource issues, minimizing risk and impact.

* Identification of projects/actions that are similar in nature, and could be solved through new solutions.

* End to end management of projects & programmes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency's and reduce delays where possible.

* Manage external agencies where required.

* Support remainder the Ecommerce and CX team as deemed necessary by Senior Project Manager, which may include creation of project timelines and template creation for other projects.

* Effectively use programme management tools ie Jira, Asana, Basecamp.

Ideal Candidate Possesses These Attributes:

Technical Skills and Experience

* Proven record in project management with minimum 3 - 5 years experience.

* Experience using Jira, Asana, Basecamp platforms and systems.

* Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus.

* Extensive Project management across eCommerce digital platforms.

* Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.

* Basic understanding of XML, Javascript, etc. and ability to manage back and front-end developers. Personal Skills

* The ability to make decisions, act independently to ensure the business objectives are met.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail.

* Ability to deal with a fast changing environment and change of plans and deadlines.

* Culturally aware with strong interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated, who drives for results with commitment to details and quality.

* Ability to work collaboratively and in a manner consistent with the companies principles and values.

* Articulate and clear communicator; not caught up with jargon, practical, focused on delivery of results.


* Tech savvy, project manager, technical web and content professional with extensive digital project management experience.
