Role:

Looking for someone to be the best Estate Agent in their local patch.

Duties:

• Reviewing and understanding the seller's needs.
• Managing appointments that are suitable with the clients needs.
• Performing research of the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish appropriate selling price.
• Listing properties with the relevant services and amenities
• Liaising between buyers and sellers to settle prices by using their marketing skills and knowledge.
• Make informed decisions on marketing and consult with relevant contacts in the local area.
• Building and growing the agencies profile in your given area.

Relevant Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be a car driver.
• Must have great negotiation skills.
• Appropriate marketing skills needed to sell properties at the most appropriate price.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and customer service skills.
• 4 years plus of estate agency experience.
• Someone looking for the chance to oversee a given region.
