Facilities Coordinator working with a global organisation.

This is a 6-month contract, likely to lead to a permanent opportunity


Provide facilities support for the building and support internal teams including facilities admin, Helpdesk and Landlord Management Agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing key liaison/client point of contact for office services to Clients
  • Contacting the Office Admin, Helpdesk or Landlord Managing Agent for all maintenance and repair issues, advising them of problems and liaising with them to ensure the problems are resolved promptly.
  • Taking responsibility for small office moves on behalf of clients and providing assistance to the Office Admin Team for larger moves.
  • Regular monitoring of contractors with attention to continually improving standards.
  • Ensuring all corporate H&S procedures are followed including but not limited to risk assessments and permits to work
  • Leading and coordination in the event of emergency evacuation of the building.
  • Providing assistance to the Facilities Health & Safety Coordinator and liaising with, and monitoring availability of, Fire Wardens and First Aiders
  • Liaising with Post Room and Security as required
  • Providing general administrative support to the admin team of the Facilities team, handling bookings paperwork, filing, invoices, and photocopying as required


  • Customer Services
  • Software packages: Word, TEAMS and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomacy.
  • Able to prioritise, in order to effectively deal with the demands of the customer.
  • Highly organised with a determination to find solutions
  • Able to work under minimal supervision and escalate issues to line manager when necessary.
