Finance Administrator (Billings)



I am currently recruiting for my client based in the Heston area that provides logistic solutions for the luxury goods market. They are seeking a switched on individual, a fast learner and someone who can use their initiative in the work place. You will be working in a small but fast pace finance team.


  • Billing for Imports /exhibition/domestic/Inter-company and Ad-hoc
  • Checking all charges are correct before billing and matching them to rates for clients
  • Inter-company confirmations
  • Preparing profit splits with other station for exhibition billing
  • Handling customer and internal queries Liaising with other departments and stations
  • Checking all back-up paperwork and matching to billing
  • Meeting deadlines


  • Experience in a billings role is preferred
  • Previous logistics industry experienced is desirable
  • Proven ability to work in a fast pace environment on your own initiative
  • Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly
