I am currently assisting a market leader with an enviable track record of growth & expansion, with a search for a competent Finance Administrator to join a busy team.

In order to be considered for the role, candidates will need to have good knowledge of invoicing & Accounts Payable as the role will entail the following:

  • Managing Excel spreadsheets - renaming, reformatting & pivot tables
  • Splitting costs across cost centres, basic formulas, v-look ups & manual calculations
  • Use of Sage Line 50 so experience of this would be useful
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries

We are looking for a person who is hard working and committed, and able to competently manage large volumes of data.

This role is offered as an ongoing temporary contract but it is anticipated that the role could become permanent. This role is based in Watford and is approximately 15 minutes walk from the nearest public transport hub, but parking is available.
