My client is one of the UK's foremost freight forwarders, operating throughout the continent and beyond on a daily basis.
From high-volume domestic traffic within the UK to imports, exports and Pan-European freight forwarding and worldwide ocean and air freight.
They currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated Freight Forwarder (Road). Experience in operating sub-contracted hauliers for European and UK Road freight is preferred. Salary is competitive and based on experience with excellent benefits.
The Role
The role is office based in Bracknell working as part of a team involved in the company's provision of European road haulage services to its client base. The job will be varied but will focus mainly on the day-to-day freight forwarding operation whilst developing new and maintaining existing supplier and customer relationships.
