- Consumer communications experience.
- Success with end to end digital project development .
- Experience in leading and managing SEO/PPC, marketing database campaigns.
- Planning and execution of digital content strategies.
- Solid knowledge of website development & analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
- Experience of budget planning & management.
- Development and management of Customer Loyalty Programmes.
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate and influence all levels of management.
- Team management.
