HR, HR Officer
£30,000 to £35,000 Per Annum
Our client is looking for an HR Advisor to provide a First class level of professional HR and Administration support including payroll and the full employee life-cycle.
Ideally you will have;
- Demonstrable basic employment law knowledge and its practical application
- Experience of providing first line level HR advice to managers and employees.
- Good knowledge and experience of running a monthly payroll (Outsourced)
- Proficient knowledge and experience in HR, Recruitment and Benefits administration
- Excellent working knowledge of HR Information systems including the production of HR reports
- Good working knowledge of using payroll software systems
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive can-do attitude
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong customer service focus
