Our client is looking for an HR Advisor to provide a First class level of professional HR and Administration support including payroll and the full employee life-cycle.

Ideally you will have;

  • Demonstrable basic employment law knowledge and its practical application
  • Experience of providing first line level HR advice to managers and employees.
  • Good knowledge and experience of running a monthly payroll (Outsourced)
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in HR, Recruitment and Benefits administration
  • Excellent working knowledge of HR Information systems including the production of HR reports
  • Good working knowledge of using payroll software systems

Must have;

  • Flexible and adaptable with a proactive can-do attitude
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong customer service focus
