The opportunity for a Contractor has become available for a global Pharma organisation who are passionate about what they do and improving the lives of their patients.
The role is to support EMEA HR Shared Services, based Stockley Park, working as a HR Analyst.
The successful Analyst will be joining a supportive and motivated team and we are looking for an autonomous and committed individual who will help further our efforts to understand and document business processes across the HR Shared Services function.
o Collaborate with the team and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of current state
o Working closely with stakeholders across the HR function to conduct workshops and capture the as-is current state of priority processes
o Independently facilitate workshops with a range of stakeholders
o Analyze complex processes and break them down into coherent process maps with relevant SOP's
Ensure that processes and SOP's are prioritized against the project plan
o Ensure the documentation illustrates the full end-to-end processes and required SOP's to execute particular steps within the process
o Engage with and train the HR Shared Services teams
o Engage and where relevant train wider HR in key processes
o Identify process changes that may be required and capture these to pass to the Process Improvement team
o Communicate changes to the affected business areas and Process Improvement team
o Actively participate in the HR community, sharing learnings and identify areas for contribution
o Other ad-hoc duties as required
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
o Experience supporting process and system change projects
o Experience in process management or process re-engineering
o Experience in business requirements documentation and management
o Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
o Must possess good influencing skills.
o Must be able to exercise judgement and independently determine and take appropriate action Ability to work independently with minimal guidance/direction
o Exercises latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
o Experience of HR Operations
o Experience of working in an International environment.
o BA or BS degree advantageous.
