I am looking for an HR Operations Partner to cover a 9 month maternity cover in Sutton-in-Ashfield, office based paying £35-40Kpa. I am looking for a strong HR generalist looking to move into a management role.

As a HR Operations Partner, you will be responsible for managing all processes related to Operational Employees. You will operate as part of the EMEA HR team and be personally accountable for delivering tasks and projects across the recruitment, relations, performance/capability management and reward piece. It is set to be a busy and demanding year and they looking for an experienced generalist with exposure to Microsoft (Excel/Word/Ppoint) and HR Reporting systems as well as experience of delivering HR requirements by building successful relationships with Managers, the Employee forum and Charity/Wellness and Engagement Committee. Payroll exposure is beneficial but not essential. The successful candidate may have been well established in a role but is looking for development and progression through fixed term contracts before moving onto their next permanent opportunity. They would also be considered for any permanent opportunities at the company should anything suitable arise.

Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30).

Salary: 35-40k (based on experience)

Working Pattern: 4 days on site with the option to work from home 1 day per week.
