£37,000 to £40,000 Per Annum
HR Manager role based in Watford
Paying £37,000 to £40,000 depending on skills and experience
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Supporting the HR BP's
- Dealing with ER cases
- Working on policies & procedures
- Report on all ER Management Information
The ideal candidate will have:
- CIPD Level 5 and working on level 7
- Have at least 3 years working at a HR Advisor level
- Excellent Excel skills (V look ups and pivots etc)
- Very Meticulous
- Creative thinking
- Fantastic planning & organisational skills
- Ability to communicate on all levels
