A fantastic opportunity to work for a World leading brand as a Business Development Representative to help effectively identify and develop new customers. Utilising our clients existing customer data base and other available resources to grow the customer base and generate sales.

As Business Development Representative you will liaise with customers and prospects, building and maintaining relationships via the telephone. You will typically manage between 1000 to 2000 customers and will be responsible for delivering sales revenue targets in line with assigned customers.

Your main duties will include;

Prospects Acquisition

  • Lead management. To process all leads that are assigned within 24 hours of receipt using correct outcome codes.
  • Ensure that accounts are created and all opportunities recorded.

Account Management

  • Working with established customers to build business relationships and ensure all aspects of their account in managed, including debt control.
  • Ensure that contact details are up to date with telephone numbers and company information.

Call Planning

    • Customer calls are planned daily in batches to ensure full engagement with key decision makers
