Internal Sales Executive
Competitive salary with uncapped commission and excellent benefits!
Purpose of the role is working with existing clients of the business and negotiating contract renewals, ensuring client retention. Would suit those with sales experience or customer service skills with upselling experience
Key Duties
- Proactively calling clients when renewals are due
- Manage and update CRM and spreadsheets with accurate information
- Processing cancellations
- Liaising with internal depts
- Support the Key accounts team with quotations
Key Requirements
- Excellent PC skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Proven administration experience (contracts highly desired)
- Ability to follow up warm leads
- Working to deadlines
