Junior Compliance Specialist to provide comprehensive and efficient assessment of all promotional and non-promotional meetings as well as ensuring grants, donations and engagement with patient organisations are tracked and reported on time. Constant screening and knowledge of ongoing changes to codes and legislation with governing bodies and relevant authorities

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain meeting tracker spreadsheet
  • Ensure efficient running of meetings clinics with reported outputs
  • Ensure all actions are completed following an assessment prior to commencement of activity
  • Responsible for raising all required contracts via Ariba Contract Management
  • Generation and management of all Purchase Orders in Ariba P2P
  • Organise HCP travel, as required
  • Maintain cross border tracker spreadsheet
  • Ensure privacy requirements are identified and are advised to relevant affiliates within contracts
  • Provide full on-site administrative support, where required
  • Ensure all disclosure data is tracked and maintained on a monthly basis
  • Report KPIs for meetings, CBAs and disclosure on a monthly basis
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of key existing and evolving regulations around data privacy and meetings
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the PMCPA, IPHA and EFPIA Codes of Conduct, the MHRA Blue Guide and other relevant guidance across functions so that business objectives can be achieved while remaining compliant with the regulatory framework.
  • Provide full on-site administrative support, where required, to ensure the smooth running of engagement processes.


  • Minimum level of Education - Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 18 months overall experience is needed including proven work experience in healthcare compliance within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Robust understanding of ABPI, IPHA and EFPIA code relating to Meeting and Hospitality
  • Ability to manage complex and multiple meetings processes at same time
