My client are a national company looking for a Learning and Development Advisor with experience. Hybrid working with some travel £26,500pa plus car allowance and bonus totalling £38,000pa. Career development with position too.
- Coordinate bespoke management development programmes across the RI Businesses as required
- Work closely with Training Coordinator to ensure accurate reporting
- Manage the Graduate Management Scheme across the UK
- Coordinate and deliver HR training to Managers across the business
- Support Management Apprenticeship Scheme and deliver specific modules as required
- Design and Deliver development material as required
- Coaching and mentoring of colleagues within the business
- Coordinate talent bank following talent process
- Identify and implement process improvement to add value to the team
- Within your designated business area act as/or support colleagues as required
- Liaise with managers in relation to the production of packs, documentation and letters for employment tribunals
- Attend meetings where necessary to take notes, providing advice and support
- Contribute to the production of the monthly HR data report
- Undertake specific project work
- Colleague engagement survey
- Talent Process
- Performance Review process
- Travel through the regions as required including overnight stays
