Experienced Reverse Logistic Coordinator to work for a Global client based in Stockley Park West London

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who has experienced of managing a 3PL vendor, contracts, customs clearance and excellent administration and Customer service .

Duties

• Liaising and managing the relationship between the outsourced warehouse solution and the Company
• Ensuring that the outsourced company are meeting KPI's and SLA's
• Responsible for continuing to build, develop, drive efficiencies, and maintain reverse logistic processes
• Responsible for customer experiences within the reverse logistic process
• Accountable for inputting accurate data into the logistics software
• Responsible for the efficient delivery and collection of service orders to the engineer/ customer by liaising with courier companies
• Collaborative working with members of the team, other departments, customers, and third-party suppliers
• Create and implement a robust continuity plan and flexibility to adapt to logistical issues
• Chasing service job timed deliveries and obtaining P.O.D's
• Arranging collections via customers, other departments and third-party
• Manage collections with third-party courier companies
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets on service job collections
• Effectively handling the PDA collections and maintaining the tracking spread sheet
• Maintain spreadsheet data on P.O.D's for service jobs
• Ensure returned parts are taken off jobs in a timely manner
• Explore and resolve any discrepancies within service job returns
