My client is looking for an Office Administrator who will assist the Operations Manager ensuring the smooth running of the office environment.

Location: Epsom

Salary: Up to £22,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hour working week

Key duties:

  • Responsible for ensuring the office is run smoothly
  • Managing all meeting rooms and setting up the meeting rooms
  • Managing all staff travel bookings
  • Responsible for company post which includes opening, scanning and sending
  • Checking and ordering office supplies
  • Managing the condition of the office
  • Assisting with the development and running of reports
  • Assisting with IT support
  • Communicating effectively with the Operations Manager
