My client in West Drayton need someone with at least 2 years office administration experience to support with HR admin and other general administrative, office duties. Full time £18-23Kpa. Great opportunity to grow with a company that is expanding. This would suit someone pro active, willing to learn with good IT skills that wants to develop their career.

Key responsibility:

  • Invoicing
  • send customer statements
  • send invoices post/ electronically
  • proforma invoices for queries
  • inbound and outbound phone calls and outgoing mailshots
  • damages / missing emails and credits
  • setting off monies received from debtors
  • maintain debtors summary
  • debtors letters , legal chasers & calls
  • photocopier/ stationery ordering
  • General day to day office administration/assistance with time sheets and fobs / general letters
  • Managing office utilities / managing meeting rooms and office bookings
  • Basic HR support for issuing contracts/offer letters
  • Organising office Induction processes for new starters
  • Being able to confidently answer basic HR queries as set out by a framework provided
  • Organising office events and team building activities

For this role you will need:

  • Strong multitasker with managing various ongoing tasks simultaneously.
  • To be a solid organiser and confident with using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic office clerical experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • To be confident and can communicate internally with a wider team.
