I'm currently recruiting for an amazing client of mine based in Langley. My client are a global brand within the FMCG sector. Recently have gone through a massive expansion they are looking to increase their Administration Team to meet demand. Fantastic offices with great a friendly culture. - Booking onto the system supplier deliveries and transfers from other branches
- Stationary/PPE ordering
- Greeting visitors and suppliers
- Dealing with collection customer's and processing monies due
- Support the sales with inbound sales calls and fielding to the correct department
- Scanning all documents into the system
- Deal with any posting requirements
- Support accounts when required with customer account management
- Stock label printing
- Supporting transport administration
- Dealing with overhead purchase order's and invoices
- Customer service support
- Experience of working in a Office Administration or related role
