We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Assistant to join our client based in Brentford on a part time basis. The successful candidate will be required to perform a full range of general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order and maintain appropriate level of required office supplies.
  • Schedule maintenance and repairs as required.
  • Answer, monitor and accurately direct all incoming communication.
  • Professionally format and communicate all manner or correspondence going to whomever within the office.
  • Receive all incoming shipments and prepare and log all outgoing courier shipments accordingly.

Key Skills Required:

  • Previous administration experience.
  • Possess a warm and friendly customer service telephone presence.
  • Be detail orientated.
  • Be experienced in current version of Microsoft Office software.

This is a part time position starting at 15 hours a week increasing to 20-25 hours a week in the first 6 months spread over three days.
