£24,000 to £26,000 Per Annum
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Assistant to join our client based in Brentford on a part time basis. The successful candidate will be required to perform a full range of general office duties.
- Order and maintain appropriate level of required office supplies.
- Schedule maintenance and repairs as required.
- Answer, monitor and accurately direct all incoming communication.
- Professionally format and communicate all manner or correspondence going to whomever within the office.
- Receive all incoming shipments and prepare and log all outgoing courier shipments accordingly.
Key Skills Required:
- Previous administration experience.
- Possess a warm and friendly customer service telephone presence.
- Be detail orientated.
- Be experienced in current version of Microsoft Office software.
This is a part time position starting at 15 hours a week increasing to 20-25 hours a week in the first 6 months spread over three days.
