Office Coordinator required for a global client based in their West London Offices.

Salary £26,000-£28,000 salary will be reviewed after a successful probation too

Office based role

If you are seeking an opportunity to build your career and have at least a year's office experience this could be the role for you.

This is a very fast paced role and requires meticulous eye for detail, be extremely organised, proactive nature and very hands on. You will have great communication skills and not afraid to ask questions.

Ideal candidate be degree educated with office experience (Minimum 1 year)

Responsibilities include:

  • General office administration (dealing with the post, emails, calls, ordering office supplies)
  • HR administration, new starters and inductions
  • Organise company events
  • Diary management and international travel
  • Scheduling meetings (Virtual & Face to face)
  • Presentation creation on PowerPoint
  • Business and personal affairs on behalf of the CEO
