Office Manager / PA

Temp to Permanent,

Full time 37.50 hours per week

The main duties of the Office Manager / PA:

  • Ensure the business is run like clockwork
  • The CEO, CFO & Executive team are supported
  • Extensive Diary Management & Travel bookings
  • Organising highly confidential meetings & Events
  • Ensure that VIP visits run without any hitches
  • Implement & Organise office policies and procedures
  • Take charge of induction programmes for new employees
  • Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Other special projects that crop up from time to time

What you need to have!

  • Previous experience supporting at C-level
  • Office management experience (ideally dealt with office moves)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful, self-motivated and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Thrives on working to deadlines
  • Creative problem solver
  • Flexible and ready-to-work
  • Charismatic, enthusiastic with a proactive personality and can do attitude
