Order Analyst Administrator required for my client
Offices based in Uxbridge / Hayes with Hybrid working and excellent benefits
£28,000 to £30,000
This role is not only processing the EDI orders received but analysing the orders too and working collaboratively with other teams. You will mainly be working on the Amazon account (for the UK and Germany)
Speaking an additional European language his highly desired.
Ideally you will have SAP experience or really tech savvy person who can pick things up very quickly.
You will have a strong background in order management, data entry and order processing on ERP system
An excellent communicator who can work with other depts in order to get the stock to fulfil the accounts requirements (warehouse, demand planning, sales accounts managers etc)
Provide monthly / quarterly and year end status reports
Ability to analyse orders across the markets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Minimum requiresment for the role
GCSE Maths & English A - C
Previous experiences of processing EDI orders
Managing Amazon vendor account
Excellent Excel skills for reporting
Highly desired but non essential skills
Can speak an additional European language (French, German, Spanish, Italian and English)
