Administration, Sales Administrator
£28,000 to £30,000 Per Annum
Based in Stockley Park my client require and Order Management Administrator using SAP and Amazon Vendor Central. Training will be given but previous SAP or order management experience is preferred. Global company with excellent benefits and Hybrid working £28-30Kpa.
- Order management and maintenance on both our ERP system (SAP) and Amazon VC, in terms of delivery windows, availability, item variants etc…
- Regular liaison with relevant warehouse(s) to ensure orders are shipping as per the required timelines, and troubleshooting accordingly
- Champion of Amazon Sustainable Packaging Initiative, supporting upon SIOC and FFP maintenance and certification and verifying that correct variants are being ordered (eg main line V SIOC/FFP)
- Providing month end / quarter end / ad-hoc SAP order status reports as required to KAM's / local sales teams
- Collaboration with the SSC team to provide support on claims and disputes, respecting predetermined timelines to contribute to improvement of the overall process
- Analyse orders across the markets to identify any opportunities to grow the business
