My client is a global company within the communications IT industry and they are seeking an order processor / administrator to join their team in their Ruislip offices! Based in lovely offices where parking is available working as part of the logistics team. Salary £18,000, pension, 25 days holiday and a discretionary annual bonus!

Skills required:

  • Minimum GCSE's / A Levels
  • Good Excel skills (formulas & Look ups)
  • Excellent command of the English Language (an additional European language desired but not essential)
  • High attention to detail
  • Quick Learner

Duties in the role:

  • Processing order onto the system
  • Updating Customer records
  • Communicating with customers about the orders
  • Dealing with depts within the business
  • Compiling and sending out reports in a timely manner
