A boutique wealth planner, asset manager and employee benefits specialist company based in London are looking for a PA/ Administrator. Paying up to £32,000. Large degree of flexability to work from home.


The role comprises, but is not restricted to:

PA duties

  • Organise and diarise meetings on behalf of the Private Client Director
  • Work with the Private Client Director to prioritise tasks
  • Fields calls and email queries as appropriate and act on all non-technical queries
  • Organise travel, including transport, accommodation and any other necessary arrangements
  • Manage the Private Client Director's expenses and CPD

Administrative Duties

  • Chase clients for relevant paperwork and information
  • Provide agendas for internal and client meetings
  • Maintain distribution lists for central marketing and bulk communications
  • Handle client queries in a professional and timely manner, distributing to relevant members of the support team as required

Client servicing and client files

  • Send forms to clients and providers, including cover letters
  • Assist with general administration as required e.g. scanning and filing
  • Ensure all client information (including meeting notes) is accurately maintained on internal systems, including Intelliflo and the Document Management System, where appropriate
  • Run client risk tolerances and carry out anti-money laundering checks
