The role requires someone with sound experience in an operations / experience role, or a graduate with ample work experience during studies.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Executing tasks as discussed with the senior management of the business, including: social media, marketing, website changes
  • Helping to manage the administration of a new website and rebrand project
  • Writing job adverts for new staff and setting hiring appointments for key stakeholders within the business
  • Other administration and support functions as required

The ideal candidate may come from a diverse background. Administration / PA experience is desired but not essential. The most important qualities are excellent spoken and written English, great organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
